The Gin and Tonic
Legend has it that this delight was invented by mixing
gin with quinine that used to prevent malaria in tropical
British Colonies. We humbly proffer this rough guide to
G+T perfection. The trick is matching the dryness of
the gin to the dryness of the tonic, or the fuller-bodied
gin to the richer tonic. Lime, ice, and you’re good to
go.
