The Summer Menu, cool & dazzling, example Chef Nishikawa's Summer Melon Salad and luscious Fried Chicken of the Woods Mushrooms, and Pastry Chef Smith's Raspberry Chocolate Souffle Glace and divine Angel Food Cake with blueberry anise compote.
